At Thryve, everything we create is built for the obsessed — and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.


Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With all tags, packaging, and hygiene protection intact

  • Not purchased as part of a clearance or final sale

To start a return, just email us at gear.thryve@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once your item reaches us, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you want a different size or design, simply return the original piece and place a new order.

  • Customized pieces

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
