At Thryve, we work hard to ensure your gear reaches you quickly and securely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship pan-India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or unavoidable logistics delays, delivery times may vary.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available for select products or above a minimum order value (if applicable).

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send your tracking details via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional re-delivery charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours at gear.thryve@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video of the package and product

We’ll help sort it out quickly.
